Refund policy
At Chipmunk's Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-refundable items: Sale items, opened skincare products, and items damaged due to misuse.
Process: Email us at alvinchipmunktan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
